Wendy Fauvel has been a senior leader in both the public and private sector for more than 20 years.  She is a world class coach, facilitator, presenter, program developer and business strategist.

Wendy is passionate about unlocking the potential of leadership teams and the people who work in them.
Wendy has 20 years of business development and management experience including 10 years in senior leadership positions across IT, Retail, Banking, Financial Services, and Government.

Her style is part coaching, part facilitation with growth best explored through curiosity and openness.

Wendy holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, a Certificate IV in Coaching, and is certified in the Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument.  As an Executive Coach, Wendy draws upon these and other resources to build awareness and deep insights about the leadership skills that matter most for peak performance.
